Barnstable Bainbridge "Barney" Burnside JD SJD taught both Jurisprudence and the History and Philosophy of Law after giving up his advisory role with the international accounting firm of Finkelmeier Mikhailov Dhabuwala Schmokelberg and Al-Khalili as part of the deal he struck with the Saudi and Russian oligarchs requiring that he give up providing advice to governments and multinationals in return for their commitment to refrain from killing him. A win win deal. They got to cheat, he got to live. An offer he couldn’t refuse.
